This is the Vegan Society logo, the major reference about veganism. To find out where to eat in France, on the road, at friends, at a restaurant, you should simply look, ask and follow those tips:
At a restaurant: There are always vegan options at restaurants, here is a couple of examples of Italian dishes (pasta with vegetables, pizza without cheese, soup or salad…), Lebanese dishes (fallafel, tabbouleh, fatayer, houmous…), Indian dishes (dal, vegetable curry…), Thai dishes (green curry with tofu), Chinese dishes (spring rolls, sauteed rice with vegetables…), Japanese dishes (avocado sushi). I confirm that all these options are delicious and that all restaurant will propose to cater you. Or more easily, try a vegan restaurant near you (Vegan Mafia map below).
At friends: Take part with the menu, ask in advance and propose to bring a vegan dish to share.
On the road: On your trip, check out vegan restaurants on Happy Cow. Download the app here.
Shopping: At an organic shop like Naturalia, Bio c’bon, Biocoop. Or at Un Monde Vegan, the vegan shop shipping products all over France 🙂
